A trial is going on in San Diego where Futura Properties realtor Tony Troxel admits to police he threw a trash can at a 70 year old woman, and yelled "Get back in the house Egyptian ***" as cited in the police report. Barbara Bolla / Barbara Troxel denied attacking the woman in their deposition, but did not know the attack was caught on video cameras. In their defense, fellow realtor Ken Bourke who was arrested for child molestation plans to testify for the defense. Insurance defense attorney Joseph Barr has no other plan than do what he can do confuse the jury, while ignoring allegations of child molestation and fraud committed by Tony Troxel.
